Access to the Discussion

You work with the colleagues who use your analysis or depend on the records you prepare. Understanding the next step helps you see why a particular detail needs attention.

Feedback on Specific Work

Feedback concerns the assignment in front of you, whether that is a written note or a reconciliation. Colleagues explain the changes required so you can apply the reasoning to the next piece of work.

Technology with a Defined Task

We use approved tools to support day-to-day work and expect staff to check the output. Client information is handled within the permissions agreed for the assignment.

Responsibility for the Handover

A piece of work is ready to pass on when its status and outstanding questions are understood. Myers & Cooper expects colleagues to flag a difficulty early and give the next person enough context to act.
